Three more OJHL players confirmed their 2011-12 commitments this week, bringing the total number of players committed this year to more than 80.

Netminder Dylan Ellis of the Aurora Tigers confirmed his commitment to play for the SUNY Potsdam Bears beginning with the 2011-12 SUNYAC season.  The native of Oakville, Ontario spent the majority of the season in the Whitby Fury organization before being traded to the Aurora Tigers.  In 32 games this season, Ellis posted an 11-11-9 record with a 3.40 goals against average and a .904 save percentage.

Teammate Pat Moran of the Aurora Tigers (pictured - photo credit:  Craig Campbell/HHOF) confirmed his commitment to play for the University of Ontario Insititue of Technology Ridgebacks beginning with the 2011-12 OUA season.  After spending a season with the Georgetown Raiders and then starting 2010-11 with the Trenton Golden Hawks, the native of Highland, Michigan was moved to Aurora, where he took a leadership role on the club.  He would record 21 assists and 26 points to lead all rearguards and finish 6th overall in scoring on the Tigers.

Jay Meloff of the Pickering Panthers confirmed his commitment to play for the The College at Brockport Golden Eagles beginning with the 2011-12 SUNYAC season.  The native of Markham, Ontario started last season as a member of the Peterborough Stars, but was moved early in the year to the Panthers where he would record two goals and 11 points to finish third in scoring among the club's defencemen.

Best of luck next season and in the future to all three as they continue to combine hockey and educational excellence!
