WILLETT COMMITS TO COLBY COLLEGE

Toronto Lakeshore Patriots alternate captain Brandon Willett (photo credit - Shawn Muir/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Colby College Mules beginning with the 2013-14 NESCAC season. 

The 5'8", 175 lbs. native of Toronto, Ontario joined the OJHL as a member of the Vaughan Vipers as a 17-year old in 2010-11, recording 12 points in 28 games played.  After only seven games the next season, Willett was traded to the Patriots where he became one of the club's leaders, taking on the alternate captain role in the second half of the season, en route to upsetting the St. Michael's Buzzers in the playoffs to become the South Division champions.  He finished the season with 44 points in 44 games played before notching another 16 points in the playoffs.  An extrememly strong student, Willett has recorded 17 points in 19 games played thus far this season for the Pats.
